Our two bedrooms start at $1,400.00/mth and are 1000
sq. feet.
Our three bedrooms start at $1,650.00/mth and are
1180 sq. feet.
Both two and three bedrooms have one and a half
baths.

Fees
Our application fee is $50/unmarried adult and $50 for a
married couple. (non-refundable)
The Security deposit is same as
1 month rent. We take $250.00 off the security deposit if you
are Military or First Responder
Pet & Fees
We allow pets! (Breed & Weight Restriction Apply)
They must be a 35 pound weight limit. We allow a maximum of
two pets. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $300 and
it is $35.00 per month per pet.
